Adam oversees a portfolio of commercial property investments for Ecopark, a leading real estate development in Hanoi. Now into his 5th year in Vietnam, Adam relocated to Vietnam from the Washington D.C. area to join the Ecopark team in 2011, contributing in the early stages to lead the project into the vibrant community it has become today. Ecopark has been awarded as the Best Mixed-use Development in Vietnam by the International Property Awards for the last four years dating back to 2012, and the development continues to lead the market with its innovative real estate practices.
With his position in a private Vietnamese company employing more than 2,000, Adam has gained an understanding of how to form and manage value-adding multinational partnerships in Vietnam’s challenging business environment. He hopes to offer this experience on the AmCham Board of Governors to provide more confidence and clarity in dealing with local partners, for both foreign employees and enterprises operating within the country.
Adam is a graduate of The Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary, an accredited member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
