You spend much of your day listening: in meetings, on calls, taking briefs from clients or bosses, resolving team issues. Do you know what you are doing in these moments…and whether that process is serving you?
Come ‘Lunch-n-Learn’ with AmCham on August 28 and take away new ideas and new techniques to raise your game as an attentive listener.
This talk will share insights into the process of listening: What exactly are we doing – physically and mentally – when we listen well? What behaviors sabotage our intentions? How can we become more attentive listeners? How can we use listening to make us better leaders?
