The United States and Vietnam governments met virtually earlier this month to discuss a wide range of digital economy issues. These talks, under the Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA), covered a range of issues important to AmCham members including Decree 6, Decree 181, Decree 72, the Draft Decree on Personal Data Protection, and implementing regulations on the Law on Cybersecurity. Members are invited to join us on June 22 for a briefing and discussion about the recent government talks.
