The “sharing economy” has attracted a great deal of attention in recent months. Platforms such as Airbnb and Uber are experiencing explosive growth marking a new era of digital innovation – an era that takes advantage of global technology to leverage operations and makes it possible to promote local innovation through new distribution channels. How can your business devise a ‘plug-n-play’ value proposition to quickly launch attractive, easy-to-offer, and growing products and services? Which innovation and disruption strategies can help find new value propositions that meet existing, new, and unarticulated market needs? How can Vietnamese companies take advantage of new business models in a sharing economy? On July 8, AmCham members are invited to lunch-n-learn with Dr. Tung Bui from the University of Hawaii to discuss the latest business trends and strategies in the sharing economy.
