Vietnam M&A Outlook for 2021
Vietnam begins 2021 with strong growth prospects and as one of the few bright spots in the global economy. Over recent years, Vietnam has proven to be one of the top investment destinations in Southeast Asia for cross-border M&A, driven by financial investors such as sovereign wealth and private equity funds as well as strategic corporate investors. How did Vietnam fare in 2020 among its peers in the region, and more importantly, what does 2021 have in store for the M&A market in Vietnam? Join AmCham on January 26 for a complementary virtual discussion with Eric Johnson of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Michael Sieburg of YCP Solidiance to help you understand where we have been in 2020 and what to expect for 2021. This session should be of particular interest to investors interested in Vietnam and businesses in Vietnam who are interested in seeking foreign investment, but all AmCham members are very welcome to participate.
