Exports from Vietnam rose 21 percent last year and are a key driver in Vietnam’s economic growth. At nearly 180 percent, Vietnam has one of the highest trade-to-GDP ratios in the world. However, new strategies are needed to ensure future export growth as protectionist tendencies rise around the world. AmCham members are invited to a seminar on June 28 organized by VCCI to assess the impact of US trade policies on Vietnamese exports and ideas to support export growth from Vietnam.
