IIE Vietnam is a branch of the Institute of International Education, a private, non-profit organization headquartered in New York. IIE was founded in 1919 to promote peace and understanding through cultural and educational exchange. Open Doors and other Institute publications serve as resources for students, educators and institutions worldwide.

In Vietnam, IIE is best known for its U.S. Higher Education Fairs in Hanoi, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City, which provide information about studying at American universities and colleges to Vietnamese students, parents and school counselors. The Interstate Traveler Company’s product is a “Hydrogen Super Highway” (dubbed “HyRail”) or modular maglev rail system, laminated with solar-panels capable of creating enough power to operate all basic systems for transportation, communications, security, water and sewer, etc., facilitated by a large cluster of conduits contained within the central support beam of the rail. The conduit cluster can be used for virtually any liquid and vapor based materials.
