Natasha Ansell, Citi Vietnam
Natasha has been with Citi for over 27 years in a number of regional and country roles across Banking and Asset Management businesses in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), and Asia regions. She became Citi Country Officer for Vietnam in April 2015 and she also serves as the Consumer Business Manager for the country. Citi Vietnam has offices in Hanoi and HCMC with over 850 employees, offering a full range of Corporate and Investment, Commercial, and Consumer Banking services.
Natasha earned a Master’s Degree in International Finance, was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and holds British citizenship. Together with her husband, David, she shares a home in Kenya and a passion for Africa. Natasha is a keen multi-sport athlete and amongst accomplishments counts finishing all five of the World Marathon Majors (London, Boston, Berlin, Chicago and New York), climbing Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Kenya, spelunking Son Doong Cave, and completing Charity Challenge Horse Rides across Iceland, Rajasthan, Patagonia and Mongolia.
Natasha is a member of the Traveler’s Century Club, having visited over 100 countries and territories, and she is a passionate subscriber to their mission statement: “World travel: the passport to peace through understanding”.
Natasha serves on the American Chamber of Commerce Hanoi Board, where she was elected as the Chair for 2019, position which she also held in 2017. Natasha served as the Banking Working Group’s Chair (Foreign Banks Association) in Vietnam.
