DELEGATE REGISTRATION
Delegate registration for the 2022 AAP Business Summit has ended. This summit is an in-person activity and we look forward to hosting you in Hanoi and Hue. Vietnam no longer requires a negative COVID-19 test prior to entry. However, be aware that some airlines have their own rules and requirements. We recommend delegates check with your airline to confirm any COVID-related policies for flying or for transit through other countries. Some nationalities – including Americans – do require a visa to travel here. We recommend a fast and east e-Visa. Click HERE for more information on entry visas.
Delegate registration fees do not include air tickets, hotel accommodation, entry visa, non-program related ground transportation, or food/beverage not specified in the program.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
AmCham Hanoi accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or via bank transfer or cash. Any bank transfer fees are borne by the payer (delegate).
SINGLE-DAY PARTICIPATION
A 20% discount will apply if you only wish to participate in the conference activities on May 20 in Hanoi.
SPOUSE PARTICIPATION
Bring your husband or wife to enjoy the activities in Hanoi and Hue. A $50 discount is available for your guest and he/she may still participate in the welcome reception, pizza party, cultural tour, lunch, boat ride on the Perfume River, and the dinner event inside the Imperial Citadel.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing using the online cancellation form. Refunds resulting from cancellations will be based on the following dates:
- Cancellations requested on or before April 22 are eligible for a full refund less a $75 processing fee.
- Cancellations requested between April 23-May 12 are eligible for a 50% refund less a $75 processing fee.
- No-shows or cancellations requested after May 12 are not eligible for a refund.
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
If a registered delegate is unable to attend the Business Summit, his/her registration may be transferred to another person at the same company or organization who is not already registered for the Business Summit at no additional charge. Transfers can be made by contacting the AmCham Hanoi office.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
AmCham wants you to feel confident, comfortable and safe attending the Business Summit. No Covid test is required to participate but please do not attend if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell not attributed to another health condition. And if you have Covid, please stay away!
