Dr. Doug Grove serves as the Head of School at Concordia International School Hanoi. Concordia Hanoi opened in 2011 and offers an American style education. Concordia currently provides educational services to both expatriate and local students Preschool – Grade 12. The school is the sister school to Hong Kong International School and Concordia International School Shanghai.

Doug has worked in the education field for the past 31 years as a teacher, administrator, and university professor. Doug is in his third year as the Head of School at Concordia Hanoi. Prior to coming to Concordia Hanoi Doug was Head of School at Concordia International School Shanghai and before that Vice-President of Enrollment at Concordia University, Irvine (USA).

Doug has extensive experience in enrollment management, marketing, and business development both in the United States and in Asia. Doug served on the Board of Governors for AmCham Hanoi these past two years (2021-2023) and looks forward to the opportunity to serve another year in helping AmCham Hanoi support and expand the role of US businesses in Vietnam. Doug has served on several not-for-profit boards during his career and currently serves as a board member for Kenya Schools of Hope (KOSH).
