The mission of AmCham is to support the success of members by promoting a healthy business environment in Vietnam and by strengthening US-Vietnam commercial ties. As the leadership body of the organization, our Board of Governors is responsible for determining the mission, vision and objectives of AmCham; selecting, supporting, and evaluating the performance of the Executive Director; strategic and organizational planning; ensuring strong fiduciary oversight and financial management; fundraising and resource development; member recruitment and retention; enhancing AmCham’s public image; and assessing its own performance as the governing body of AmCham. Most importantly, the board’s mission is to represent and promote the interests of our members.

The election for the 2024 AmCham Board of Governors takes place on December 6. If you want to run for the Board, or nominate someone to run, please complete a nominating form no later than October 18 by clicking on the blue button below.

Nominations for the ballot cannot be taken after this date. It is perfectly fine to nominate yourself and you can nominate as many members as you wish. All seats on the Board are up for re-election and all AmCham members can nominate and vote in the election.
