Eva has over 25 years of professional experience gained in Vietnam, the EU and in the US markets. She is a member of the Polish Bar of legal Attorneys, Licensed Foreign Lawyer in Vietnam, and a Special Legal Consultant in Washington D.C. In her legal practice Eva leads corporate investigation that extends to all ranges of issues including internal fraud, antibribery and corruption, procurement issues, employment matters, misconduct in the workplace. Eva assists clients in defining the scope and nature of internal investigation inquiry, evaluation of the evidence gathered, and assessment of the right response to allegations. As a former ethical leader of one of the professional services firm in based in an EU country. Eva has extensive experience in conducting ethical investigations in the workplace. Eva also advises clients in relation to antibribery and corruption compliance, data protection and employment compliance matters.


Nguyen Duc Anh

Senior Associate, Dentons LuatViet

Anh Nguyen is a Senior Associate of Dentons LuatViet, Hanoi office. He is a qualified lawyer with a solid educational background in law and extensive experience in significant areas of litigation and dispute resolution, M&A, corporate, energy, competition and antitrust, and governmental affairs. Throughout his career, he has conducted investigations and vendor compliance reviews for asset disposal exercises, competition-related advice, M&A filings for transaction compliance. He has also conducted transactional and compliance due diligence, setting out a work plan with methodologies, timelines, and deliverables of the entire due diligence phase. His workflow commences with the preparation of the required information checklist, investigation of the provided documents and information, preparing fact-finding interview questionnaires, interviewing target staff for any missing documents in the aspect of noncompliance.
