Activities in Vietnam

Founded in 1999, Indochina Capital is an innovative leader in Vietnam’s rapidly growing real estate, capital markets and financial services. Through its subsidiaries, Indochina Capital has established itself as one of the country’s leading real estate developers (ICC-Kajima), real estate investment consultants (Indochina Strategic), and most experienced capital markets investment managers (Indochina Capital Advisors).

Indochina Capital has developed prominent commercial and residential projects in Hanoi and HCM City, including 63 Ly Thai To (Hanoi), Indochina Plaza Hanoi and River Garden (HCM City) and several resort and residential developments along Vietnam’s pristine coast, most notably the renowned luxury resorts, The Nam Hai (Hoi An), Six Senses Con Dao, and Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa.

Today the Company is engaged in a number of new real estate development and investment opportunities through ICC-Kajima, its Vietnam focused partnership with Kajima Corporation, one of Japan’s largest and most prestigious contractors and real estate developers. In addition, Indochina Capital has teamed up with Vanguard Hotels to create ICC-Vanguard and roll out, Wínk Hotels, a visionary hospitality brand redefining affordable luxury in the Indochina region, which blends modern, creative design and functionality with traditional Vietnamese values. The first Wínk Hotel, developed and owned by ICC-Kajima, is now under construction in HCM City at 75 Nguyen Binh Khiem and will open in Q3 2020. An additional 10 Wínk Hotels in HCM City, Hanoi, Danang and several secondary Vietnamese cities such as Haiphong, Can Tho, Hoi An and Tuy Hoa are in the pipeline. Indochina Capital has also taken a strategic stake in Toong, Vietnam’s leading co-working space company, which will manage a co-working space facility in each Wínk Hotel.

Through its advisory and brokerage arm, Indochina Strategic, the Company is a leader in Vietnam in real estate finance, M&A and consultancy. In addition, Indochina Capital Advisors (ICA) invests in Vietnam’s capital markets on behalf of its clients and boasts an unrivaled track record for since 2004, topping the VN Index in 12 of the last 16 years.
