Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh recently directed ministers, heads of agencies, and provincial leaders to conduct a review of regulations (Laws, Decrees, Circulars) with contradictory, inconsistent, and unfeasible provisions that cause challenges for business and hinder new investment here. The PM’s goal is to identify specific problems, recommend specific solutions, and propose a plan to remove barriers to business and investment and improve Vietnam’s regulatory system.
This is an opportunity for AmCham members to speak up and identify areas for improvement. The timeline is tight and we need your input.
