AmCham is a voluntary non-profit membership organization that is funded entirely by our membership and activities. This year, we celebrate our 26th anniversary serving as the “Voice of American Business” in Vietnam. Back in early 1994, AmCham was a small and informal start-up. Traffic was lighter, things moved a bit slower, and office staff didn’t spend all their time uploading cute photos of their lunch on Facebook. Over the years, AmCham has grown into a vibrant organization that plays a key role in the commercial life of this country. Our diverse membership of agriculture, education, manufacturing, services, and the not-for-profit sector, is unified by a common commitment to the principles of free trade, open markets, private enterprise and the unrestricted flow of information. AmCham’s mission is to increase trade and investment between the United States and Vietnam. We aim to support the success of our members by promoting a healthy business environment, strengthening bilateral commercial ties, and providing high-quality events and information for members. We welcome anybody who is interested in promoting business and trade links between the US and Vietnam to join our organization.
