You are invited to join our first “Coffee with the CEO” event on October 11. Our guest speaker is head of Citibank in Vietnam. RamC will share his academic background, career path, learned lessons, and advice for the next generation of leaders.
Ramachandran A.S, known as RamC, serves as the Citi Country Officer for Vietnam, overseeing Citi’s operations in the country. He is responsible for developing and fostering successful client relationships, managing risk and controls, and protecting and enhancing Citi’s reputation in Vietnam.
A 28-year Citi veteran, RamC was previously Global Emerging Markets Coverage Head for Citi’s Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) in London where he was responsible for building Citi’s business with the subsidiaries of multinational clients from rapidly globalizing countries around the world. Prior to that, RamC was based in Singapore leading regional relationship coverage of Citi’s largest multinational clients across Asia Pacific. RamC moved to Vietnam one year ago and is an active member of the AmCham Board of Governors.
RamC has traveled to almost 40 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa & Latin America. RamC holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the BITS Pilani (India) and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.
